1. General Overview & Scope of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 99be online gaming platform ("99be", "we", "us") and each person who uses the platform ("user", "you").

Providing false information may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any winnings.

3. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

3.1 Welcome Bonus

99be offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to qualify for this bonus.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount — on the bonus only, not on the deposit amount.

3.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per account.
• Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• 99be reserves the right to cancel any bonus if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be made until the wagering requirements on the bonus are fully completed.
• On all matters relating to bonus offers, the decision of 99be is final.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

Payment methods currently accepted at 99be are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Third-Party Transactions

Deposits or withdrawals through third parties using a payment account not registered in your own name are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in account suspension.

99be may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to submit the required documents may delay the processing of withdrawal requests.

5. Gaming Rules & Use of Services

5.1 Game Results

All games on 99be are powered by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play. Game outcomes are in no way predetermined.

5.2 Technical Issues

In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a game session, 99be will review the affected game round. The data recorded in our system will be considered final.

5.3 Sports Betting

In the sports betting section, bets cannot be changed once placed. Odds in live betting markets may change at any time. Bet acceptance is determined at 99be's discretion.

5.4 System Maintenance

6. Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to manipulate games or the betting system

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

99be strives to provide uninterrupted service; however, service may be disrupted due to technical issues, internet outages, or other reasons. 99be will not be liable for any losses arising from such disruptions.

7.2 Liability for Game Results

Gaming is a risk-based activity. You are deemed to be accepting this risk voluntarily. 99be is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from wins or losses in games.

7.3 Third-Party Liability

99be will not be directly liable for losses caused by errors on the part of payment providers or game software suppliers. However, we will always assist in resolving such issues.

9.2 Closure by the User
